The Next Unicorn Born in Silicon Valley
Our founder, Keven Lai, has been in Silicon Valley for over 30 years. He has witnessed every major wave of technological change — from the early Internet and social media to the rise of blockchain and artificial intelligence. With that depth of vision, Knowpia was born — a platform that combines New Finance, New Social Media, and Global Peer-to-Peer eCommerce into one revolutionary ecosystem.
What We Do
Knowpia is building Funs.AI, the world’s first fully compliant SocialFi platform, where users can earn KNOWP digital security tokens by creating content and engaging with the community through an ecosystem powered by AI, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
Our vision is to make “content = asset” and “social = investment,” allowing every user and investor to legitimately earn U.S. dollars from their participation.
What Makes Us Different
Knowpia is more than just another Web3 platform. It represents the next generation of social media, combining FinTech, Web3, and AI agent technologies to build a more efficient, scalable business model with stronger long-term return potential.
Unlike speculative crypto projects, we provide a transparent, compliant, and revenue-generating ecosystem where both investors and users can earn real value, openly and sustainably.
Why We Can Do What Others Can’t
Knowpia’s strategic vision and early preparation set it apart.
We are currently the first and only compliant SocialFi platform in the United States, leading competitors who may later pursue compliance by at least two years.
According to the laws of the Internet, the first mover grows fastest and stays dominant — and Knowpia is positioned to remain the industry’s leader in this new era of tokenized social finance.
Pioneering Equity Tokenization — Two Years Ahead of the Market
While others were still talking about “crypto,” Knowpia was already taking action. Two years ago, the company tokenized its equity, transforming traditional shares into regulated digital securities.
Since then, Knowpia has submitted more than 11 policy and regulatory proposals to the SEC Crypto Task Force and the U.S. Senate Banking Committee. The company has also held more than three constructive meetings with SEC staff to discuss its innovative tokenization framework and compliant digital-asset model.
Together, these efforts have contributed to the broader policy dialogue shaping the next generation of U.S. digital-asset legislation. As new legislation is expected to advance this year, Knowpia’s tokenized equity initiative positions the company at the forefront of the Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization revolution—one of the most closely watched investment themes in global markets.
The Next Silicon Valley Unicorn
Knowpia was incorporated in the U.S. more than five years ago, and has completed full due diligence and net-worth verification.
Our security token, KNOWP, is set to be publicly traded on the tZERO regulated exchange within one year, offering investors both ownership and dividends through a fully compliant framework.
Meanwhile, the token economy fuels Knowpia’s global growth, creating a flywheel effect where more users, more content, and more engagement continually amplify platform value.
Technology + Regulation: The Twin Engines of the Future
By embedding blockchain into its core, Knowpia enables free, low-cost, and secure value circulation.
And with new U.S. legislation providing legal recognition, our platform is empowered like never before — becoming a new generation of the Internet with real, transferable value.
Unlike others trying to avoid U.S. regulation, Knowpia is the only project embracing compliance as its advantage — a true Web3 enterprise, not just a token issuer.
Q&A with Investors
Q1: Why does the platform currently have a smaller user base?
Funs.AI currently has more than 2,200 test users and is operating in an invitation-only internal testing phase with limited access. During this phase, users have actively engaged with the platform’s full range of features. As of June 30, 2026, more than 16,000 posts had been published and over 100,000 user interactions had been recorded. The platform has also received more than 200 pieces of user feedback, providing valuable insights that have significantly contributed to ongoing improvements in functionality, product design, and UI/UX.
According to the company’s roadmap, the public launch will follow the completion of its fundraising efforts. User acquisition is scheduled to begin in Q4 2026 as part of the company’s official go-to-market campaign.
Q2: How will Knowpia reach its user growth targets after launch?
We will adopt an innovative financial-driven growth model, leveraging partnerships with communities and KOL networks.
Through precise audience targeting and incentive mechanisms, we project to reach 1 million users by 2027, with exponential growth in the years that follow.
Funs.ai
Funs.AI is Knowpia’s flagship next-generation SocialFi platform, combining AI agents for creators, reward-driven engagement, and tokenized digital ownership to build a user-owned social economy. The app is currently live on an invitation-only basis through the Apple App Store and Google Play, operating on the Base testnet with weekly product updates and thousands of active testers.
Funs.AI continues to advance its compliance-first SocialFi strategy through global expansion, product innovation, and regulatory engagement. Between September and November 2025, Knowpia strengthened its presence across the Asia-Pacific region by participating in major blockchain and fintech events, including Taipei Blockchain Week, Korea Blockchain Week, TOKEN2049 Singapore, Shanghai Blockchain Week, and Hong Kong FinTech Week, expanding its global community and ecosystem partnerships.
In February 2026, Knowpia joined ETHDenver, engaging with leading developers, investors, and policymakers while presenting its compliance-focused SocialFi token framework. The team also participated in discussions with SEC leadership, reinforcing its commitment to regulatory alignment. Shortly after, Knowpia formally introduced its Proof of Contribution (PoC) framework, defining a structured, multi-dimensional model for evaluating user activity, identity, and on-chain behavior, supported by AI-driven fraud detection and governance mechanisms.
On March 27, Knowpia submitted a pre-filing request to the U.S. SEC regarding a proposed No-Action Letter, outlining a compliant tokenization framework for its digital asset KNOWP. As of the end of June 2026, Funs.AI continued to advance its development roadmap, completing key milestones for its advertising and Social Links features, progressing the design of its e-commerce capabilities, and deploying and testing its ERC-3643 compliant tokenization infrastructure. The company is also exploring potential partnerships with luxury brands to further expand the platform’s SocialFi ecosystem.
In the area of tokenization, Funs.AI is broadening its focus beyond social engagement rewards. The company has conducted in-depth research into the tokenization of phygital collectibles, including trading cards, as well as creator-owned assets, laying the foundation for new models of digital ownership, monetization, investment, and community participation.
Funs.AI is positioning itself at the intersection of social networks, digital assets, and regulatory innovation, emphasizing compliance as a core competitive advantage. As development progresses, the platform aims to set a new standard for sustainable and institution-ready SocialFi ecosystems.
